Tower Sites Inc. began in 1997 with one employee and one tower, and has grown to include a full-time staff of experienced employees and a network of two dozen owned or managed towers and rooftops, and can provide an integrated suite of services.  The staff at Tower Sites Inc. has extensive backgrounds in site acquisition, planning & zoning hearings, tower & site construction, and tower space leasing.  We also have extensive experience in commercial building telecommunications leasing and licensing agreements.
This means that from initial scouting of the search ring, to delicate lease negotiations, to 'hot-button' zoning hearings, to bolting together & stacking the tower, our staff offers practical experience unmatched by any single company.  Tower Sites Inc. has provided leasing and licensing services to AT&T Local Services as part of their Network Realization Program, and we have also provided site acquisition services for Nextel Communications in Wisconsin, during their 1997 - 1998 Wisconsin buildout.  Tower Sites Inc. own towers host most major carriers serving this area.
